  • Demonstrated commitment to deliver outstanding customer service outcomes and continuous service improvements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships within a service delivery environment.
  • Problem solving & analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Preferably with an I.T. related qualification.
  • Excellent Windows based computer skills and experience using a modern Service Management tool such as ServiceNow.
  • Applicants who possess Mac expertise with experience using JAMF remote control tools along with cloud SaaS based products such as Salesforce, Workday and Google suite of applications will be looked upon favourably.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.71-$37.51 per hour
