Job Description
- Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting, analyzing and reviewing statements
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to senior management
- Develop and monitor key financial metrics and KPIs
- Offer financial guidance and support for business growth
- Manage budgeting and forecasting, identifying variances and recommending improvements
- Optimize treasury management, minimize risk, and oversee cash flow
- Establish strong internal controls and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Lead the external audit process and prepare financial statements
- Manage and develop a high-performing finance team
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in insurance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
- Fluency in English and Thai languages
