- Configuring BSW stacks (Diagnosis, Com, OS, Mem, OS, RTE) and Integrating BSW stacks according to OEM specifications.
- BSW process for configuration, generation, compilation, debugging, testing, and analysis (i.e., trace analysis).
- Executing and creating the needed tests for the features implemented (functional and module tests).
- Using software releases based on the deliveries from internal and external parties which will be integrated into a complete platform.
- Reviewing the tasks for other colleagues.
- Analyzing complex problems that could occur in the assigned project and finding the right solution.
- Debugging the software integrated into a customer-specific platform.
- Supporting project teams in integrating and using the BSW Platform.
- Participating to estimate, prioritize, plan, and execute different activities.
- Having experience with different communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, I2C, UART Ethernet).
- Leading/presenting technical subjects.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS NEEDED
- Over 4 years in the embedded system world.
- Being responsible for the design and development of embedded software for assigned projects.
- Classic AUTOSAR know-how.
- At least one AUTOSAR Stack experience (configuration/ integration work).
- Solid microcontroller Know-how & embedded C experience (writing, and understanding code).
- Understanding of BSW Development Workflow (Config, Compile, Debug, Testing, Canoe).
- Software versioning: GIT.
- Documentation: DOORS, MKS, Rhapsody.
- Tracking: JIRA, Confluence.
- Development language: C
- Debugging: Lauterbach / Isystem
- Testing: using flashing tools from Vector.
- Architecture tool: DaVinci configurator
- Working methodology: Agile / V-cycle.
