We are looking for a Project Coordinator to strengthen our product projects team in the supply Chain & Sourcing. The location of this position is in Espoo, Finland.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and tracking of product projects from start to finish. The selected candidate will join a vibrant team and will ensure that our customers’ requests are met in full, this responsibility will entail active communication within and beyond the organization.

Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring all project objectives are achieved within the specified timeframe, budget, and quality standards.
- Efficiently collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with project team members to establish project goals, timelines, and performance expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise, and report project status to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Create and maintain project & customer specific documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
- Manage project scope and change control processes to ensure project requirements are met and changes are properly documented and approved.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure project progress.
- Follow up of engineering process with new or modified/customized products.
Keys to success
- B.Sc. in engineering or business field with experience in operations in international environment.
- Project management skillset is a must.
- Experience benefitting MS Office and ERP systems are both very relevant in this role.
- Fluency in spoken and written English, French language skills considered as an advantage.
- Experience in maritime industry considered as an advantage.
