Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Country Business Manager who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business.
Job Description
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion in SEA.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and distributors.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with R&D to ensure the development of cutting-edge products that meet market demands.
- Create and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management regarding market performance and strategic initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering , having a MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales and business development within the paint or coatings for construction industry.
- Experience in handling more than 1 country or having regional exposure is preferable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
