Job Description
Operations Lead (Grade 6/7)
Candidate would function as a technical lead for one of the accounts with the Digital Operations umbrella.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Should have excellent Operations knowledge (Application side), should have led teams with good success rate and have good process knowledge.
- Excellent client management, process management and project management skills
- Provide support to solution users with operational/technical support and to meet defined SLA
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written) needed
- Understanding of ITIL principles along with Agile methodologies.
- Need to be flexible to work 24X7 environment.
- Enthusiastic, professional and confident team player with a strong focus on customer success
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies
- Technical skillsets (should have experience in atleast one from the below listed tech)
- Cloud technologies (Azure (mainly), AWS, GCP)
- Visualization Tool: PowerBI
- Front end: React JS, Node JS, Javascript, PowerBI, Redux, Azure App Services
- Backend tools – MySQL, Oracle, Python, Django, API Development SQL,Azure App Service
Experience: Minimum 4 years of Service Desk Lead Experience with Application Support.
